Purpose: OpticVue requires camera access to provide its core functionality, including:

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Data

Purpose: OpticVue uses OCR technology to recognize and convert text from camera images into readable format.
Processing:
• All OCR processing is performed locally on your device
• Recognized text is temporarily held in memory only while you are using the feature
• No OCR data is stored permanently by the application
• No text recognition data is transmitted to external servers
Text Copying Feature

Purpose: OpticVue allows you to copy recognized text to your device clipboard so you can paste it into other applications (messaging apps, notes, email, etc.).
User Control:
• You control when text is copied to your clipboard
• Once copied, the text follows your device’s standard clipboard behavior
• We have no access to or control over what you do with copied text
• Sharing copied text with third-party applications is subject to those applications’ privacy policies
Highlighted Area Feature

Purpose: The highlighted area feature helps users focus on specific portions of text or objects for easier reading and OCR scanning.
Processing:
• This feature operates entirely locally on your device
• No data from the highlighted areas is stored or transmitted

OpticVue is designed with privacy as a core principle:
• All processing occurs on your device
• No cloud services are used for any feature
• No user data is collected, stored, or transmitted to GameiDiaz servers
• No analytics or tracking services are implemented
• No third-party SDKs that collect user data are integrated

No Account Required
OpticVue does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use the app.

Third-Party Services
OpticVue does not integrate with or transmit data to any third-party services, including:
• Analytics platforms
